**Job Responsibility**:

- Assist in maintaining the day-to-day operational activities in the Human Resources Department
- Providing administrative support on all HR-related administration matters
- Checking and uploading documents in a timely manner
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, organization of files, documents, etc., and other coordination duties
- Organized and Perform ad-hoc job-related duties when assigned
- Sourcing training provider and programs, produce training calendar, and arrangement of training program.
- Improve administration efficiency.
- Provide data analysis and reports

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Good in interpersonal skills and organizational skills

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: Up to RM1,200.00 per month
