As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of HR operations and contribute to our team's success. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in employee relations, HR administration and more.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee record, updating databases, and preparing documentation.
- Assist in preparing daily attendance and leave management.
- Assist in the entire correspondence letter related to HR daily operations.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist with organizing company events or activities.
- Assist with various HR projects as assigned by HR Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in Diploma or Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources Manager or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentially and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 - 6 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
