Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help organize and coordinate HR events and activities.
- Maintain employee records and assist in data entry.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Participate in onboarding and induction processes.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to team goals.
- Available for a minimum of 3-6 months internship period.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM RM700.00 per month
