**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To study and analyse levels of Sales and Gross Margins by implementation of sound and effective marketing strategies as well as to ensure that market share are in line with overall business objectives. To growth the market share & stay ahead of competition (local & regional), supporting to formulating short and long term strategies. Execution by assessing the market trends, development, competitors’ activities and change in market atmosphere.
- To pursue and identify new business potential in rubber market, assist in evaluating potential & expanding product portfolio, market opportunity and threat in order to protect company interest.
- To gather and analyse market information, industry coverage and competitors’ activities to facilitated and support for business strategic and business plans.
- To follow up with customers’ in products performance and usage per month.
- To collaborate closely with customers on their usage and forecast.
- To ensure payments for sales that due and overdue or exceeded credit limit.
- Collaborating with the Sr. GM & finance team to analyze pricing structures and strategies, ensuring competitive price to maintain profitability.
- Presenting findings and recommendations and communicating analysis results to stakeholder such as management, related departments and group executives.

**PERSON SPECIFICATIONS**
- Diploma/Degree or higher qualification in business or related discipline
- Minimum 2 year working experience with marketing analysis capabilities, sociable and aggressive nature.
- Rational thinking.
- Analysis and analytical skills.
- Glove industry direction and trend - market landscape, industry dynamics and requirements are preferable.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required.
- Good person skill and able to mixed around well with peoples from all walks of life.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
