**Sales & Marketing Executive (Contract - Field Role)**
**Location**: Klang Valley (KL/Selangor)
**Duration**: 3-12 months
**Type**: Contract | Field-Based
**Compensation**: Allowance + Commission | EPF, SOCSO, EIS included

We are a lean, dynamic team expanding our outreach to ministries, GLCs, and public sector agencies. If you're a people-oriented, self-driven individual who thrives in the field, this role is for you.
- Conduct field visits to government agencies, GLCs, universities, and institutions in your assigned territory
- Distribute marketing materials, promote company solutions, and assist with vendor registration processes
- Identify project or tender opportunities and initiate early-stage client engagement
- Collaborate with HQ to manage the sales pipeline and support closing deals
- Handle the full sales cycle: from quotation, proposal, PO/LO issuance, to payment collection
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-ups
- Meet weekly and monthly outreach and sales KPIs (e.g., 20 visits/week, 10 orders/month)
- Provide daily and weekly updates through digital reporting tools and scheduled check-ins

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Experience with government or GLC procurement processes is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have own transport, laptop, and mobile phone
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (English is a plus)
- Basic understanding of IT solutions (e.g., servers, networks, cloud) is a plus

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Monthly Allowance: RM2,500 (Junior) - RM3,500 (Senior with experience)
- Performance-Based Commission
- EPF, SOCSO, and EIS included

**Available Territories**:

- South KV: Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Bangi, Kajang, Sepang
- West KV: PJ, Shah Alam, Klang, Subang, Setia Alam
- North KV: Rawang, Gombak, Selayang, Sg Buloh
- Central & East KL: Cheras, Ampang, KL City Centre, Wangsa Maju

**Ideal for** fresh graduates, freelancers, ex-government personnel, retirees, or anyone field-savvy and confident in client-facing roles.

Pay: RM2,184.13 - RM3,500.00 per month
