Sales Executive – Industrial Packaging Solutions

Location: Sunway, Subang, Selangor

Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday

Compensation: Attractive base salary + uncapped commission + incentives

Your Role

You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through:

  • Proactively identifying and engaging new customers within your assigned territory.
  • Developing strong relationships with C-level and senior buyers to understand and fulfill their packaging needs.
  • Managing the full sales cycle: from lead generation, solution design, quotation, negotiation, to closing and after-sales support.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (engineering, service, marketing) to deliver tailored packaging solutions.
  • Using CRM (HubSpot, SAP) to record, track and manage sales activity and pipelines.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
  • Promoting our product range: PET straps, consumables, semi-auto and fully‐auto machinery.
  • Representing the company at trade shows and supporting digital marketing efforts.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' sales experience in manufacturing, industrial packaging or technical‐equipment environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong mechanical/technical understanding—able to engage in technical discussions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, SAP) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex accounts.
