What you'll be doing?
  • Create Content: Develop and publish captivating content for Instagram, TikTok, XHS, and Lemon8, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage Campaigns: Execute end-to-end content cycles for product launches and events, including live coverage and post-launch reviews.
  • Engage Community: Gather and analyze community feedback to enhance brand engagement and customer experience.
  • Analyze Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to propose new marketing opportunities.
  • Manage KOLs: Identify, recruit, and manage Key Opinion Leaders to drive brand awareness and content reach.
  • Train Staff: Develop and deliver content creation training for retail staff to empower them in producing authentic local content.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Skills: Proven experience in managing short-form video content and executing high-pressure campaigns.
  • KOL Management: Experience in managing Key Opinion Leaders and influencer marketing programs.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign analysis and data-driven insights.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and project management skills for leading cross-functional projects.
  • Design Tools: Basic proficiency with graphic design or video editing tools like Canva or CapCut.
  • Language: Fluency in Mandarin to effectively manage content and communications.
