**Requirements**:
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service preferably with e-commerce industry.
- Must be able to work in shift rotations (Weekdays, Weekends & Public Holidays)
- Excellent communication skills and computer literate.
- Stress tolerance and able to work under pressured environment.
- Fresh graduates with a great learning attitude, able to learn and pick up new capabilities fast may be considered.

**Key Responsibilities:

- You will be the frontline of processing daily operational tasks, follow up and in resolving customer complaints and enquiries.
- You will also be responsible to create wonderful customer relationships by handling incoming calls and inquiries from local and international customers with the rewarding opportunity of demonstrating your excellent customer service skills to not only meet but exceed expectations of customers' experience with the company.
**The day-to-day responsibilities**:
- To ensure and maintain professionalism in handling customers’ inquiries and/or complaints on the Company’s products and services.
- Ensure that each transaction is handled in a way that contributes to overall customer satisfaction and increases customer loyalty.
- Perform end to end resolution in tickets by follow-up, and appropriate case escalation when necessary.
- Work in a team to ensure satisfactory Customer Support Service Level is met.
- To join the on-job training as and when required.
