Admin/project Assistant

ADMIN / PROJECT ASSISTANT
- Knowledgeable to use AUTOCAD system for drawings.
- Capable in drafting / preparing Meetings Reports / any General Letter writing.
- Assist in sub-contractor tender / quoting on site documents and prepare site arrangement.
- Prepare / Provide Document which require from Sales / Marketing team.
- Filing and Retrieving Documents.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum : Diploma in or Equivalent
- At least 1 year of administration assistant experience in Construction Company.
- knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD will be an added value.
- Good communication skills
- With problems solving skill will be rank in first priority.
- Must be able meet datelines all the times/ effective in time management.
