**Job Summary**:
The Maintenance and Project Admin is responsible for coordinating and managing all maintenance activities, ensuring timely responses to client requests, and supporting logístical and administrative tasks. This role includes organizing maintenance services, managing stock inventory, and handling client communications effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily client’s shop maintenance arrangement.
- Attending queries or complaint on technical matters
- Assist for logistic & shipping documents.
- Overseeing office maintenance such as lift, Coway, aircond, CCTV, alarm, cuckoo, pest control, fire extinguisher and etc.
- Prepare Quotation/PO/invoice/maintenance report & submission
- Arranging and schedule maintenance work when necessary.
- Liaise with Clients, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers to ensure information; costs, profitability and value meet the requirements of each maintenance work.
- Monitor maintenance stock inventory
- Scheduling for client stores maintenance support.
- Managing and supervising general maintenance & servicing
- To manage maintenance survey report & work done report and to submit client with
- To prepare monthly profitability for maintenance report and submit to account department.
- To manage working permit and insurance for maintenance work.
- Dealing with the Insurance company regarding the claims or any problems that arise in the event of an accident.
- Provide administrative assistance for urgent office needs and ensure smooth daily operations.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
