We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to support our concierge operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, attention to details, and is eager to learn the inner workings of a customer service platform.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in profile data clean-up, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the system database.
- Identify and resolve duplicate entries (deduplication) in customer and service provider profiles.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed
- Gather and organize example profiles and data sets that are used for training, quality checks, and process improvements.
- Help monitor and track data quality metrics and flag inconsistencies or anomalies
- Collaborate with team members to improve data hygiene and operational efficiency.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the operations and customer service teams.
**Required Qualification**
- Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 12 weeks (3 months).
**Required Skills/Knowledge**
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong Excel and data handling skills—such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic macros—are a plus
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks, data, and documentation in a structured and efficient manner.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to identify and resolve discrepancies with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across departments and with internal stakeholders.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous internship or project experience involving data entry, quality control, or administrative support.
- Experience with CRM systems or customer service platforms would be an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
