**Position : Admin Clerk**

**Location : Petaling Jaya, Selangor**

**Salary range : RM1600.00 - RM2360.00 (Based on experience)**

**Contract : 1 year(s) (Can be renewed based on performance)**

**Jobs Responsibilities**:

- Manage BISM Department administration task
- Submit Purchase Order (PO) requisition / Payment Requisition (PR) on system
- Follow up and track submitted PO/PR status with Purchasing & Finance team
- Documentation handling and filing management based on ISO standard
- Audit document filling and stamping
- Departmental meeting arrangement & minutes take
- Arrange new staff/resignation staff laptop & parking arrangement
- Assist in departmental activities arrangement (catering/training/workshop)
- Liaise with Honda Admin and HR team for departmental welfare (such as hotel and flight booking, and others welfare enquiries)
- Arrange document collection/dispatch from mailroom
- Any ad-hoc task as per assigned by superior

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Diploma, Certificate(min 2 years in related field) **(OR)** SPM (min 4 years in related field)
- Microsoft Excel (Intermediate)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in any industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,360.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Early shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
