**Responsibilities**:
FREE ZONE:
2. To ensure and monitor the PIMS (declaration and gate pass module) system for the enhancement / modification from time to time as to suit the user requirement and doing the corrective measure to correct and enhance the system to become a better, comprehensive and user-friendly system

3. To provide FZ operation support to Customs under the FZA 1990

4. To provide FZ operation support to Other Government Agencies (OGA) — attend to the query, visit raised by OGAs

5. To provide FZ operation support to Tenants and Agents — rectifying and resolving issue arising from PIMS system e-CAF cargo movement enquiry, etc.

6. To undertake the necessary surveillance and enforcement measures compliance to the Free Zone Rules and Regulations

HEALTH SAFETY ENVIRONMENT SHE:
1. To establish and implement Health, Safety and Environmental Rules and Regulations and best practices

2. To ensure public areas are kept safe at all times

3. To ensure tenants are practising safe working culture and in compliance with HSE rules and regulations

4. To undertake the necessary surveillance and enforcement measures to ensure infrastructure, premise, equipment and activities within the free zone are safe and in compliance to the Free Zone Rules and Regulations

AUXILIARY POLICE SECURITY:
1. To uphold the Rules and Regulations pertaining to the National and Free Zone, Security

2. To secure and protect the free zone area from all security threats

3. To ensure public order within the free zone area

4. To support the operations of Customs and Free Zone Authority

5. To undertake and to support the necessary surveillance and enforcement

6. To measures to ensure compliance to the Free Zone Rules and Regulations

OTHER JOB SCOPE

1. To carry out any task/duty request by HOD/Company whenever require

2. To prepare statistics data & report on cargo volume handling for management as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Operation Management, Logistic, Business Management or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Operation Management, Logistics, Business Management or similar field.
- Must be passionate, creative, meticulous and tech-savvy.
- Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, and a team player.
- **MUST** be able to work fast under pressure and have good discipline.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English, both written and spoken.
- Good interpersonal skills and customer liaison.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pulau Indah, Selangor

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
