Agilent is looking for a qualified individual, who has a passion for program management & service sourcing, to join the Global Strategic Service Sourcing team as a Regional Tool Calibration Program Manager in Customer Service Organization. We need a self-motivated and driven individual to work for our compliance business of Agilent CrossLab Group in SAJK. As a Tool Calibration Program Manager (SAJK Region), he/she has a primary focus on OQPV kit consistent management by coordinating internal/external resources to ensure that tools are always within calibration dates and those found out of tolerance follow the risk assessment process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain valuable program management and sourcing experience working with service team in different countries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all contractual obligations are met with the Calibration Service Provider (CSP) and properly maintained.
- Coordinate all technical changes necessary with CSP and ensures conformance to Agilent Metrology SOW.
- Define processes changes, agree them with CSP and communicates appropriately.
- Work with Regional Compliance Specialist to maintain calibrated tools and process updated.
- Monitor CSP performance against agreed metrics, request and agree on corrective & preventive actions where necessary.
- Approve operational spending within yearly budget and request approval for any out of budget investment needs.
- Ensure all purchase orders and related accruals are raised in a timely manner.
- Compile monthly costs analysis, control reporting.
- Act as regional contact for audits and issue resolution management.
- Coordinate escalations and calibration certificate validation with Calibration Country Lead.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- Typically 48+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities; fluent in English.
- Ability to listen/understand client requirements, working across different countries and cultures.
- Effective collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills.
