Key Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly wage entries and documentation.
- Prepare payments for KWSP, SOCSO and other relevant contributions.
- Handle various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as booking matters, taking and conveying messages and making appointments.
- Assist in the registration and renewal of store licenses, SSM and other necessary documentation.
- Address employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resources/Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and average processing power.
- Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in Human Resources & Admin Office is a plus.

Working Hours
- Sunday to Thursday: 9 AM - 6 PM
- Friday: OFF
- Saturday: 9 AM - 2 PM

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
