1. **Team Leadership and Management**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback,
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Set sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Operations**:

- Monitor and manage sales activities and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and production departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Gather and analyze data to inform sales strategies and decision-making processes.
- **Product Knowledge and Promotion**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's EV products and services.
- Educate the sales team and customers on the benefits and features of EV products.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or EV industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Secure commision RM500
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales management tools.
- Analytical and strategic thinking.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
