**Skill and Knowledge Requirement**:

- Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
- Proven experience in graphic design for established brands or companies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills
- Ability to generate creative concepts and designs
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with Adobe Lightroom
- Photography, Videography or experience in directing video shoots
- Having knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, familiarity with OBS Studio will be an added advantage.
- Excellent social media user - including Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest
- Understanding in adherence to brand guidelines
- Meticulous with attention to detail
- Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines

**Scope of Responsibility**:

- Define requirements, visualize, and create graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.
- Shape the visual aspects of websites, sales kits, product catalogues, product packaging, posters, exhibitions, and more.
- Ensure graphics capture attention and communicate the right message, using creative flair and strong design translation abilities.
- Inspire and attract the target audience.

1. **Define the Scope of Work and Job Schedule Planning**

Manage design requirements from across the business and provide production support.
- Work with stakeholders to take briefs and produce concepts through to finished creative.
- Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style, and submit them for approval.
- Prepare finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary.
- Adhere to the job schedule and work accordingly to meet timelines.
- Produce print-ready artwork for publication across different media.
- Manage proposals from typesetting through to design, print, and production.

**Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving**
- Create memorable visuals/branding that appeal to the target audience.
- Design visuals that connect with the audience, effectively conveying the business message to entice action.
- Research competitors and analyze trends within the sector to create a unique brand.
- Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, sales kits, multimedia, websites, etc.
- Design and produce various marketing materials.
- Determine the size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.
- Prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.

**Interpersonal and Communication Skills**
- Practice effective communication and demonstrate good interpersonal skills with clients/internal stakeholders and team members.
- Brief and advise clients/internal stakeholders on design style, format, print production, timescales, and manage their expectations.
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required.

**Managing External Printers**
- Supply artwork to advertising publications and print suppliers for production.
- Liaise with external printers regularly to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
