**Your Role**:

- Provide a welcoming and friendly shopping environment, assisting customers in selecting outfits, accessories, and styling options.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and collection details to offer expert advice and recommendations.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling.
- Maintain the store's visual standards by arranging displays and ensuring the merchandise is attractive and well-organized.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking shelves, and processing deliveries.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- A strong interest in fashion trends and styling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build lasting relationships with customers.
- Enthusiastic about achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
