Human Resource Manager

**The Role**
To deliver and implement HR strategy, policies and procedures in accordance with College’s Plan.
**Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment and selection process.
- Orientation, on
- boarding and induction processes for new staff members.
- The coordination of remuneration and benefits structures Inc. relocation, accommodation, medical and insurance provision as applicable.
- Monitoring and review of processes and controls in relation to absence, conduct and performance.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with external organizations, including Government departments, service-providers and other interested parties.
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient working practice.
- Monitoring employment compliance & legislation developments, assessing the impact on the college and developing policies accordingly.
- Advising and supporting management and leadership teams on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Assessment, planning and delivery of staff training requirements (with external support as required).
- Managing and administering monthly payroll.
- Ensuring compliance in relation to employment of both local and expatriate employees (taxation, EPF, Immigration).
- Management of efficient visa processing for both new and existing pupils to support both study and travel requirements.
- Upholding the ethos and culture of the college in all communications both internally and externally to ensure a high standard of professionalism is delivered.
