**Responsibilities**:

- **Monitoring overall account health and achieving the targets.**:

- **Coordinate with clients to arrange kickoff meetings.**:

- **Account growth planning and implementation.**:

- **Co-ordinating daily operations with relevant teams **(Production, Customer Service and Operations).
- **Building and maintaining good relationship with clients.**:

- Playing the role of e-commerce consultants to clients to **advise best course of action to grow their business online.**:

- **Providing timely updates **to clients on social media platforms.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in E-commerce marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada) is a strong plus.
- Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel skills.
- Proactive - self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize and self-manage time efficiently as this position would be managing more than one client account.
- Resourceful in developing campaigns catered to clients’ business objectives.
- Strong relationship builder.
- Able to analyze data to build a deeper understanding of the clients’ e-commerce business.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
