**Jobs & Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
- Screening, recruiting and provide production training to new factory workers when necessary.
- Collaborating with relevant department (e.g.: QS, Project, Operation and etc) to establish and execute quality control processes.
- Handle factory’s transport arrangement (goods delivery and receive), as well as Quantity Control for in and out materials.
- Handle production and store manpower. Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
- Follow company ISO standard for factory operation and documentation preparation. For audit purpose.
- Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
- Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
- Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
- Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Director.

**Key Requirements**:

- Required spoken and written language(s)**:Mandarin, English**, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 3 years’ experience in **Interior Design** / **construction** industry and minimum 1 year supervising experience.
- Diploma/Degree in **Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering**, or related field.
- Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
- In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Initiative, able to work in team, willing to learn and work independently.
- Good communication, self-motivated and interpersonal skill.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a **fast-paced environment** that requires **multi-tasking**.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia

Preferably someone who can start work immediately

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
