The Supply Planner is responsible for managing the procurement of required SKUs from suppliers, including intercompany and third-party, to support AOS health, on-time delivery, and inventory targets. This involves overseeing third-party supplier management, including quarterly lead time assessments, supplier on-time delivery (OTD), and follow-ups on open purchase orders. They also partner with distribution centers to resolve inbound errors, coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product delivery to distribution centers, and update standard work procedures.

This position reports to the _Supply Planning Team Lead_ and is part of the _Supply Planning Team_ located in _Petaling Jaya, Malaysia _and will be an on-site role._ Working in _AMER _Time zone and following _AMER _Public Holidays._

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Manage procurement of required SKUs with suppliers (intercompany and 3rd party) to support AOS health, on time delivery and inventory targets.
- 3rd Party Supplier Management: quarterly lead time, supplier OTD and supplier follow up on open POs.
- Partner with distribution centers for inbound error resolution.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of product to DC.
- Follow standard work.

The essential requirements of the job include:

- _ SAP Skills (MM Module) preferred._
- _ Commercial acumen combined with a strong desire to provide customer satisfaction._
- _ Supplier management experience and supply chain experience._
- _ Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to partner with internal and external stakeholders._
- _ Positive mindset & actively encourages other team members_

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or Python, to analyze supply chain data and make informed decisions
- _ Project Management: Experience in managing supply chain projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to ensure timely and efficient delivery_
- _ Forecasting and Planning: Expertise in demand forecasting and inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels and meet customer demand_
