**Job Description**:
Plan, organize and arrange meeting and appointment;
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled report;
Develop and maintain filling system and records, monitoring and administering the assets and their usage and other duties necessary for efficient management and operation;
Order office supplies;
Submit and reconcile expenses report;
Provide general support and assistance to visitors;
Undertake ad hoc task or duties as assigned;
Ensuring that occupants, contractors and service providers adhere to the House-Rules and By-Laws;
To handle daily collection on payment from owners / residents and also to prepare payment vouchers with proper documentation;
Follow up with owners and residents on outstanding amounts to be paid on a timely manner.
