**JOB PURPOSE**

To analyze investments and borrowers' creditworthiness to determine their potential risk for investors and lender.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**

List the responsibilities that must be achieved and major activities that are to be carried out to achieve the key result areas:
- Assess creditworthiness of individuals, companies, and institutions.
- Make recommendations about increasing, adjusting, extending, pr closing lines of credits.
- Ensure that credit risk measures and profiles align with the Bank's credit standards and policies.
- Proactively identify deterioration in credit quality and conduct timely impairment assessments.
- Oversee or undertake documents preparation
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments and relief duties as assigned from time to time

**KEY DECISION**

Initial decision making, problem solving and recommendations.

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOUR**

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Preferred: Professional qualification from Persatuan Pasaran Kewangan Malaysia/ Certified Credit Executive
- Possess a minimum of 2 years direct experience in credit, or relevant experience in banking and financial services

Skills and Knowledge
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective presentation skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
