**Primary Objective**:
Assist Section Head, Sales Quality ( Wealth ) / Retail Risk & Compliance Officer ( Investors ) & Head of SBGs/SFGs on the followings:

- Cultivating sales quality assurance for wealth products by performing call back to customers
- Develop procedures in quality control
- Conduct sales quality monitoring procedures
- Identify areas required for quality enhancement
- Design & implement Wealth Sales Quality Framework

**Key Responsibilities**:
Senior Sales Quality Analyst ( Wealth )
- To act as a checker and to perform Key Control Test to ensure the Sales Quality Call Back execution is based on the approved SOP and process flow
- To establish Sales Quality Call Back framework
- To resolve issues and escalate issues if necessary
- To provide training and guidance to Sales Quality Analyst
- To perform sales quality assurance monitoring by conducting sales quality call to customers for wealth products
- To guide and follow up with sales team to ensure rectification is in place
- To work with Affluent & Sales Mgmt team to improve SQ results and minimize recurrence of errors/non compliances
- To check on call reports and SQ tracking report for SQ monitoring
- To conduct SQ briefing and training to relevant sales staffs in wealth business
- To diagnose, analyze & review the cause of SQ issues for high & common errors
- To quick fix the process and document gaps with relevant stakeholders for SQ process improvement
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - any disciplines.
- Good communication ( oral and written ) skills
- Business financials and planning knowledge
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Well informed on the developments in the wealth domain
- Good understanding of key bank processes
