- Generating invoices and statement of account.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing stocks/inventory and ensure accuracy.
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Filing and documentation work
- Communicate with customers to resolve any inquiries and issues.
- Handle any other tasks assigned by the management

**; Requirements**:
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Strict discipline in maintaining confidentiality.
- Willing to learn
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
- Able to communicate in Malay and English.
