Job Details:
Position : Customer Support Officer
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (0900 to 1730)
Working Location : The Vertical, Bangsar South City, No.8 Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur
Working Duration: 3 months with PERSOLKELLY (can extend up to 6 months)
Remuneration : Basic up to RM5,000 with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + insurance & medical benefits
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 1-2 years of experience with customer interaction and exposure
- Excel and Word skills
- Detail oriented and team player
- Flexible, proactive and with a good team spirit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a prerequisite
Overall Responsibility:
- Acquire the knowledge of Compatible Applications, Compatible Interfaces and Certified Specialists
- Assist and support in the review, definition, plan and rollout of the different certification and compliance validation programmes
- Follow-up and report on the status of certifications, and ensure timely communications to all involved stakeholders (internal/external)
- Guide 3rd party providers through the certification/compliance validation upon request
- Analyse and update programme documentation, collateral and framework when required
- Be an ambassador for the Accreditation team
