**Employment Type**:Full Time - 5.0 days

**Working hours**:Wednesday to Sunday: 09:00AM to 6:00PM
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, suppliers, and external stakeholders to increase clinic’s revenue streams and service offerings.
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with SOPs.
- Lead marketing and outreach initiatives to attract new patients and strengthen the clinic’s brand presence.
- Work with doctors and clinic assistant to develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity and ensure optimal patient care.
- Design and implement business strategies to drive clinic growth, patient retention, and operational efficiency.
- Overseeing the maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
- Managing the clinic’s facilities, billing system, and inventory.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws.
- Ensuring effective coordination communication and teamwork across the clinics and proactively assisting with day-to-day operations (customer service matters, patients’ complaints and maintenance issues, etc.)
- Perform administrative duties that are vital to clinic operations, including preparing documents and reports for management reviews.
- Train and assist clinic assistant when necessary
- Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma Level with prior experience in clinic.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent IT knowledge (fully computerised clinic practice).
- Meticulous, with strong intellect and analytical skills, a positive attitude to continous improvement.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
