1. Responsible for Site Development and Maintenance (Facilities and project).
2. Manage building maintenance activities.
3. Perform preventive maintenance program that will minimize service repairs in the long run such as Alarm system, Air-cond, Lift, Burning Cage and others.
4. Ensure all the lights are turned off and doors are locked by the end of the day.
5. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of site, kitchen, store and other areas. Perform general cleaning duties for all teammates.
6. Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of facility.
7. Maintain plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
8. Ensure adequate safety precautions on site.
**Job Requirements**:
1. Possess at least SPM and above.
2. You will need at least a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
3. Preferably with experience in electrical / mechanical/construction related field.
4. Able to speak in Mandarin fluently will be added advantage.
