- Setting and executing policies in the workplace to ensure effective implementation and adherence among each and every employee in the warehouse so as to achieve good work efficiency and productivity.
- Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies to better management reporting, information flow, planning, and execution.
- Plan, develop, organize, deploy and budget the total resources to optimally operate all activities within the department while ensuring that cost control is applied.
- Proposing, developing, and implementing new processes that/ or business enhancement projects that drive incremental value to the organization.
- To provide on-time delivery of defect-free and reliable products to customers.
- To ensure efficient inventory movements and customer attendance.
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy and integrity of all inventories at the warehouse.
- Ensure a cost-effective logistic inbound and outbound flow is in place.
- Setting and driving achievement of departmental objectives and KPIs.
- Ensure all warehouse facilities, equipment and tools are properly maintained and comply with safety and environment guidelines.
- Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees and oversee employee processes.
- Undertake any other duties given by management from time to time.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Segambut: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 2 years (preferred)
