**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the workflow for the major Warehouse tasks (Receiving, Picking, Packing, Delivery, Maintenance)
- Manage the order picking process
- Trains new employees on warehouse and distribution procedures
- Troubleshoot problems associated with the daily operation in the major warehouse tasks
- Order warehouse supplies and equipment
- Manage inventory and controls stock outs efficiently
- Reviews warehouse procedures and ensures proper warehouse procedures are followed
- Must be able to manage team members and arrange tasks
- Performs cycle counts to prevent inventory shrink
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse
- Oversee the Performance Management of warehouse staff
- Assist in physical labour when needed

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years of Warehouse Lead experience
- Highly motivated performer, versatile, agile and with strong leadership skills
- Ability to present oneself in a professional, courteous manner
- Fluent with workflow with relevant programs and processes
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,786.72 - RM8,428.79 per month
