Operations Executive

The role of the **Operations Executive** is to oversee, troubleshoot, and manage maintenance and operational tasks for various mechanical and electrical systems.
The position demands close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth functionality and compliance with safety standards.
**Main job responsibilities**:
- **Breakdowns and Troubleshooting**: Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergencies and provide timely technical solutions.
- **Routine Inspections**: Conduct daily checks to identify and address potential M&E issues proactively.
- **Maintenance Tasks**: Replace and maintain equipment, ensuring assets remain in good working order.
- **Utilities Monitoring**: Record and maintain data from meters (e.g., DPM, water meters) for accuracy and compliance.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Prepare and update records, including incident reports and inventory logs.
- **Collaboration**: Liaise with stakeholders (e.g., building management, technicians, contractors) to resolve technical matters.
- **Supervision of Works**: Oversee renovation and repair projects to ensure safety and compliance.
- **Safety Compliance**: Verify technical drawings and ensure all modifications meet regulatory standards.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Qualifications**: Diploma / Certificates in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in technical or facilities management.
- **Certifications**: Advantageous to have certifications in technical software like AutoCAD or relevant building management systems.
- Proficiency in English and any additional languages is a plus.
**Technical requirements**:
- Knowledge of **Extra Low Voltage Systems**(CCTV, PA Systems, BMS)
- Familiarity with **Low Voltage Electrical Systems**(400V Systems)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in digital tools such as spreadsheets and technical software

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
