Addressing and resolving inbound customer support inquiries
- Working with internal cross-functional partners to resolve customer inquiries
- Achieve & maintain target performance and on-time metrics
- Ensure each inquiry is “resolved” form the customer’s perspective
- Understand common customer pain-points and actively contribute to a knowledge base of resolution
- Identify opportunities to elevate best practice positioning and help center content creation

Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Fresh grad in technical background or at least 1 year CS experience
- Contract may be extended (depend on Client)
- Salary RM3600 - RM4000
- Nigh shift allowance provided
- EPF, SOCSO provided
**Experience**:
- Handle US or Canada or European demographic
- Experience (Gamer or support agent) and interest in digital Gaming and VR technology (Playstation, Nintendo, X-Box)
**Expectations**:
- Capable of working in **dynamic** 24/7 rotational shift (_There are no set schedule or block schedule it depends on volume arrival pattern - **with 1 week notice**_)
- Working from office, KL Sentral
- Parking and travel not provided by company - Capable of traveling on own
