Job Scope:
This role will work with the team in developing and training new agents on the new and existing agent development plan.

**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Faculty Head and team in curriculum design, module's development project and support training roll out. Design training program based on business results to be achieved,
- by meticulous tracking when vital. Deliver in-house training modules & up
- through for certain programs.
- Master the required knowledge and skill as trainers and take ownership for self-development.
- Update and complete documentation of training materials.

**Job Specification**:
**Qualifications**
- Degree in any field.

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training field, particularly in financial services industry.
- Experience in agency development will be an added advantage.
- Strong drive and influencing skills.
- Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.

**Knowledge**
- Good knowledge of training functions and good understanding of the operative aspects of insurance business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English. Multi-lingual has added advantage.
