**Job description**:
OBJECTIVE
- Expert diagnostic support for the wholesale organization
- Operative field force to assist with technical issues on MB passengers cars
- Coordination of all necessary knowledge from GSP and development departments
- Qualification and consultation of personnel within HUB markets

**Main tasks**:
1) Diagnostic support
- Arrange market/dealer communication with the customer to obtain additional information on complaints when necessary.
- Support the Dealer’s Diagnosis Technician/System Technician in diagnosis and repair on demand (i.e. on the job training)
- Consulting and technical support for the wholesale organization to deal with vehicles from VIP customers

2) Information Gateway
- Compiles technical product reports on vehicle defects, descriptions of causes, and suitable optimization/rectification measures
- Discuss and agree rectification procedures, further measures and follow-up with Market/Dealer Technical Manager
- Document the diagnosis communication in a suitable diagnosis database
- Files and follows-up on technical enquiries
- Compile travel reports, and monitor market visit feedback
- Pass on reports regarding results of diagnosis to GSP (diagnosis database)
- Organize and Conduct Annual Asia Technical Exchange Forum
- Research, develop and communicate diagnostic techniques

3) Service Clinic
- Organise and conduct “Service Clinic” activities across the region in participating markets.
- Each Service Clinic consists of spending 1 week in a dealer, meeting 10-15 customers daily, provide a thorough vehicle inspection and process customer complaints and defects with the aim of Best Customer Experience.
- Provide diagnostic assistance to the workshop as well as consultation to the dealer for After Sales topics
- Follow up with a detailed travel report to the wholesale management.

4) Personnel Development & Non-Technical
- Qualification and On Job Training to personnel from wholesale organization within SEA markets
- Recognize requirement of acquisition of special tools/equipment, managing, quotation, approval, the order process
- Participation in the manufacturer’s product training and manufacturer’s new vehicle launch training
- Office administration and organization
