- Body Guard
- Pengawal
MENGURUSKAN HAL BERKAITAN KURSUS LATIHAN CSG/CBG
- Pendaftaran di portal EPPKKM
- Proces permohonan geran laihan HRDF
- Proces tuntutan balik dari HRDF
- Bond
- Biometrik
KEMASUKAN PROJEK BARU OPERATION & BODYGUARD:
- Master checklist projek
- SOP
- Borang masuk kerja pengawal
- Surat makluman dan biodata pengawal
- Prepared lain-lain keperluan untuk projek baru (ID Pass, pas pelawat dan borang-borang berkaitan).
- Surat Perlantikan
- Filing
PERKARA BERKAITAN PERSENJATAAN (DOKUMENTASI):
- Permohonan baru lesen C&U selain Bodyguard
- Pembaharuan Lesen Induk
- Pembaharuan sublesen
- Surat-menyurat berkaitan persenjataan.
- Pembaharuan Lesen C&U Personal
- Permohonan tukar senjata
- Pembatalan Lesen C&U
- Lain-lain perkara berkaitan lesen C&U.
LOGISTIC
- Record semua barang-barang logistic kegunaan Operasi
- Monitor Kenderaan operasi
- Record Uniform Guard
BAHANGIAN PENTADBIRAN
- Summary sales operasi
- Rekod cuti pengawal
- Rekod status agreement dan SOP
- Report Harian/Minguan dan Bulanan
- Filing
- Update master roster pengawal - untuk rekod sendiri bagi penyediaan gaji
- Update time sheet pengawal untuk rekod sendiri bagi penyediaan gaji
- Sediakan surat perlantikan pengawal atau internal letter kepada pengawal
- Minit Mesyuarat Jabatan Sekuriti
- Menguruskan perkara berkaitan tapisan keselamatan KDN pengawal
- Menguruskan perkara berkaitan kontrak kawalan keselamatan dengan pelanggan.
- Menguruskan surat menyurat atau surat maklumbalas kepada pihak pelanggan.
- Menguruskan perkara berkaitan bon pelaksanaan dan jaminan insurans untuk kawalan keselamatan. Memguruskan bayaran gaji tunai Buffer Guard.
- Monitor Laporan Clocking
- Pastikan setiap Pos Kawalan telah disediakan SOP
- Petty Cash
RECRUITMENT
- Membuat Iklan untuk jawatan pengawal keselamatan (Arm Guard/ Static Guard/ Body Guard)
- Menjalakan temuduga bersama Pegurus Kanan
- Membuat Tapisan pemilihan calon yang sesuai
- Menghantar Laporan temuduga kepada Jabatan Sumber Manusia setiap minggu tanpa gagal
KEPERLUAN KOMPETEN/KELAYAKKAN
- Diploma/ljazah Sarjana Muda Minimum
- Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman pengurusan
- Kepimpinan yang kuat, dengan kemahiran analitikal, organisasi dan interpersonal
- Pemahaman yang kuat terhadap amalan pengurusan dan pentadbiran di Malaysia
- Berumur kurang daripada 45 tahun
- Mempunyai pengalaman dalam pengurusan tender
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
