1. **Operational Management**
- **Oversee Daily Operations**: Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant or food service area, including opening and closing procedures.
- **Staff Management**: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of products.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
2. **Customer Service**
- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers, handle complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Service Quality**: Maintain and improve service standards, ensuring customers have a positive dining experience.
- **Feedback Management**: Collect and act on customer feedback to enhance service quality and address any issues promptly.
3. **Financial Management**
- **Budgeting**: Assist in managing the F&B budget, including forecasting, cost control, and expense management.
- **Sales Monitoring**: Monitor daily sales, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.
- **Cash Handling**: Oversee cash management procedures, including daily cash outs, reconciliations, and bank deposits.
4. **Team Leadership**
- **Training and Development**: Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
- **Motivation and Morale**: Foster a positive work environment, motivate staff, and address any issues affecting team morale.
- **Performance Evaluation**: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans as needed.
5. **Menu and Product Development**
- **Menu Planning**: Assist in the development and updating of menus, ensuring a balance between innovation and customer preferences.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that food and beverage quality meets company standards, and work with the kitchen team to maintain consistency.
- **Supplier Relations**: Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices, maintain good relationships, and ensure timely delivery of quality products.
6. **Marketing and Promotions**
- **Promotional Activities**: Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract customers and boost sales.
- **Event Management**: Coordinate and manage special events, parties, and catering services.
- **Social Media**: Oversee the restaurant’s social media presence, ensuring engagement with customers and promotion of the brand.
7. **Administrative Duties**
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, staff performance, and other operational metrics.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, inventory levels, financial transactions, and customer feedback.
- **Communication**: Ensure effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams, as well as with senior management.
8. **Problem Solving**
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address and resolve conflicts among staff or with customers in a timely and professional manner.
- **Operational Issues**: Identify and solve operational problems, such as equipment malfunctions or supply shortages.
9. **Health and Safety**
- **Sanitation**: Ensure that the establishment adheres to sanitation and hygiene standards, including regular cleaning and maintenance schedules.
- **Safety Protocols**: Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect staff and customers.
10. **Continuous Improvement**
- **Innovation**: Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- **Training**: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate relevant changes into the operation.

Pay: RM3,000.19 - RM3,500.00 per month
