**Responsibilities**:
**Execute global deployment & allocation**
- Review Kinaxis supply plan and act on order creation/ cancellation/ changes.
- Evaluate and prepare SKU level Material Availability plan (MAD).
- Manage Product on global allocation. Negotiate with WW if allocated qty is insufficient to meet business needs.
- Support Escalation from Regions to Global Network Planner & reverse
- Communicate supply allocations to region.

**Execute Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Activities**
- Owns the maintenance of the S&OE tracker.
- Collaborate with Key stakeholders to resolve key constraints & shortages including prioritization and scenario planning or corrective action.
- Simulate Feasible resolution options (including allocation)
- Resolve network constraints:

- DC stock movement to minimize backorder
- Support Network change projects
- Prepare BO projection. Summarize Supply Risks/root cause & Opportunities including New Product supply plan

**Monitor Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Performance**
- Communicate product availability to region on any shortages &/or back-to-stock dates, including aging PO/DN
- Change in Demand to Global Network Planner
- Regular review/ adjustment of planning parameters excluding safety stock.

**Responsible for Exception Management**
- Provide air freight (AF) proposal, qty & cost, when appropriate to mitigate shortages. Process the request via the AF governance process and coordinate with Global transportation on approved air shipment.
- Assess supply risk & mitigation on Transport Delays to region.
- Assess supply impact received from DC communication to anticipate potential disruptions (slots, injuries, personnel, strikes, etc.)
- Other exceptions management such as short shelf life from source, supply mitigation on Product Recall, Quality hold, return to source, inconsistent QA/RA/master data discrepancies, trade compliance related issue, cold chain nonconformance and coordinate on regulatory related stock build requirements.
- Accountable and Responsible to drive improvements in GA SCM Metrics
- BackOrder, OTIF, Inventory health

**Competencies & Skills**:

- Knowledge on network and distribution & deployment planning processes (e.g. network strategy, DRP parameters, logistics distributions, etc.)
- Good understanding of the supply and demand planning processes (forecasting, production planning, etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to engage, negotiate and influence across the Planning team and key cross functional stakeholders such as Global Transportation, operations etc.)
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to improve network and distribution planning activities.
- Good knowledge on planning and reporting systems SAP, PowerBI, Excel etc.
- Team oriented to drive business and achieved the goals.

**Education and Experience**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business or any
- 3 years plus of working experience
- Experience in Logistic knowledge and inventory management
- Experience in continuous improvement is an advantage
- Experience in Kinaxis, SNP, or SAP is an advantage
