**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer service**: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and build relationships with clients
- **Sales logistics**: Coordinate shipments and sales orders
- **Sales presentations**: Prepare materials, set up appointments, and help sales team members improve
- **Sales reports**: Prepare and process sales reports
- **Sales tracking**: Track progress and ensure smooth operations
- **Sales administration**: Assist sales teams with administrative tasks
- **Sales database management**: Develop and maintain a filing system for sales records
- **Sales collaboration**: Collaborate with marketing and finance teams on sales-related tasks
