Sales Assistant
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Advance level in MS Excel.

Ability to:

- Work independently and willing to work extra hours
- Work under pressure
- The ability to push yourself forward, stay motivated, and manage multiple responsibilities at once by focusing on one task while keeping track of others
- Be punctual on timing.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
