Sales Coordinator/ Logistic Assistant
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
- Create and maintain customer account database - Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Logistic Warehouse Assistant duties and responsibilities
- Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered
- Heeding notes about appropriate procedures for handling stock, particularly when fragile.
- Preparing our clients' orders by gathering and loading stock. - Unpacking items and arranging these on shelves, if needed. - Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.
- Reporting all breakages and spills.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Warehouse Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
