**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Logistics Coordinator** to oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations. You will be responsible for managing shipments, ensuring timely delivery, handling documentation, and liaising with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations including shipping, delivery, and inventory movement.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse staff to schedule shipments and deliveries.
- Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs declarations.
- Track and report on shipment status, delivery timelines, and freight costs.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics performance.
- Resolve issues related to transportation delays, damages, or documentation errors.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations related to logistics and customs.
- Support procurement, warehouse, and sales departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Good understanding of logistics procedures and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP/WMS systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
