**FORWARDING COORDINATOR/DECLARATION**

**Job descriptions**:
**Responsibilities**:

- To handle, arrange, coordinate and monitor all shipping, export & import documentation and shipping related matters for export and import.
- To liaise with customers, operations coordinators, related government agencies and other relevant parties on all shipping matters.
- To provide customers with information regarding custom form status and approval.
- To arrange, coordinate and monitor all shipping documents and shipment related matters to ensure it complies to Customs requirements.
- Able to advise operations team regarding customs related matters and update accordingly.
- To perform data entry and other assignments.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 to 3 years** of experience in transport and haulage is needed.
- Knowledge in Custom declaration (K1,K2,K3,K8,K9) is **required** and **essential.**:

- Good time management and able to prioritize work based on urgency.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work independently
- Applicant must be willing to work at Bukit Tinggi, Klang
