**About Us**:
MEIKO, a growing Malaysian brand under Goldlife Marketing Sdn Bhd, specializes in health and wellness products that improve well-being. As we expand rapidly, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help drive sales growth and franchise expansion.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales growth through multiple channels, including retail, events, roadshows, and distributor partnerships.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new franchise partners and distributors to expand MEIKO’s presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, franchisees, and partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Support franchisees and distributors with operational guidance, ensuring compliance with brand standards and maximizing sales performance.
- Track sales performance and develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets across all business channels.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between franchisees, distributors, and internal teams, optimizing operations for maximum efficiency and growth.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in business development, retail sales, franchising, or distributor management.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow business through distributors and franchises.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel within Malaysia.
- Fluency in English and Malay, with proficiency in Mandarin to effectively engage with Mandarin-speaking teams and stakeholders.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
