**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Sales & Revenue Management
- Develop and execute telemarketing strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance of the telemarketing team and ensure KPI achievement.
- Analyze sales reports, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve conversion rates.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Coaching
- Supervise and manage a team of telemarketers to ensure productivity and motivation.
- Conduct daily team briefings, monitor call quality, and provide real-time coaching.
- Set individual sales goals & KPIs for telemarketers and track progress.
- Organize regular sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and objection-handling skills.

3. Compliance & Process Management
- Ensure all telemarketing activities comply with financial regulations and company policies.
- Oversee customer data handling to maintain confidentiality and avoid misrepresentation.
- Enforce strict adherence to lead exclusivity policies, ensuring no leakages to external parties.

4. Staff Development & Performance Reviews
- Conduct monthly performance evaluations and provide feedback to telemarketers.
- Handle disciplinary actions for underperforming staff or those violating company policies.

**Requirement**:

- Proven experience in team management with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with financial or sales-related operations, capable of setting and driving team goals.
- Ability to provide training and coaching to support team development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at optimizing workflows.
- Basic understanding of financial products, particularly bank loans, is a plus.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
