**Preferred Skills**

Site Supervisor must with strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices, with expertise in all type of civil engineering work.

**You will be responsible for**:
**Project Management**
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including monitoring progress, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing clear instructions, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of project requirements.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, reviewing cost reports, and identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise on-site, using strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to find mutually beneficial resolutions.

**Health and Safety Compliance**
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or risks, and implement corrective measures to maintain quality and efficiency.

**Administration**
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily progress reports, safety records, material and equipment logs, and any other required project documentation.
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and resources to ensure timely availability and adherence to project schedules.

**Reporting & Analysis**
- Prepare regular reports on site progress and performance, inventory, and productivity metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations to enhance knowledge and provide recommendations for process improvements and innovation.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of study, most preferably civil engineering.
- Min 3 years in similar capacity.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
