Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall construction site planning, activities, operation, site meeting and completion of work on time
- Day to day management of the site, include supervising and coordinating the site labour force and works of subcontractors
- Planning the construction work and managing construction resources and materials at site in order to meet the planned deadlines
- Resolving technical difficulties and issues that may arise at site with Project Team or Engineering Consultant
- Maintain regular communication with Project team on any potentially delaying issues and propose remedial action(s)
- Prepare site diary on daily basis
- Ensure the smooth progress and efficiency of the construction works by adhering to quality control policy, in accordance with specifications standards, quality guidance, safety regulations on site and contractual obligations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
