**Job Descriptions**:
- Handle daily administrative work in office and assists teammates.
- Attend customer enquiry and provide followup.
- To do constant follow up work with local authorities for each submission.
- To maintain good filing record and keep all work documents in system.
- Any other tasks assigned by superior (e.g: report, folding plan)
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge in document preparation.
- Good knowledge in construction/ property/ admin sequences (extra point)
- Embrace technology and keen to learn new things.
- Ability to define problems, analytical, adapt, independent and able to generate creative solutions.
- Prefering Women for this position.
**Working days**:
Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
2nd Saturday Every Month (8.30am - 12.30pm)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,300.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
