**What would be the responsibilities for this role?**
- Drive Colgate online business strategic planning including premiums,promotions scheme, promotion product selection to meet commercial objectives
- Responsible for resource allocation and help sales team to achieve sales target in both topline and bottom line through effective channel investment
- Management of promotion and monitor competitor activities and reinforce promotional activity grid when needed to make recommendations that ensures healthy growth of customers
- Conduct performance analysis and customer implications of the product, promotion and pricing to recommend action plans to the team
- Define key portfolio, product assortment & pricing for each platform
- Understand brand plans to sync with eCommerce brand activations and customers’ calendar
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and resolve business issues
- Continuously improve investment efficiency & products P&L, with focus on trade spending & promotion and ensure expenses are in line with budget
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Strategic, analytical thinking ability and a well-developed business understanding and commercial sense to identify opportunities and grow the business
- Strong learning ability and creative thinking.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently
- Familiar with multi-platform engagement with at least 5 years in eCommerce & customer management experience
