To achieve and generate new business opportunities from the leads provided by Business Development

Continuously generate client’s interest to close each sales process milestone

Organising sales visits & secure appointment with the necessary decision maker

Conduct site assessments together with technical team to understand client business issue

Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects

Meet with potential clients to determine their needs

To achieve sales KPI, sales target assigned by company

To submit and provide the sales reports and market feedback

Confidence in engaging customers and making a sale.( To cover 7-11, My News & LBS (KL) )

Requirement

Minimum 1 - 2 years sales experience preferable from Construction Industry.

Fluent in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia.(Mandarin would be a bonus)

Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and presentation skills.
